Mobile Reporter �?�一個移動博客系統，包含一個使用MySQL 4.0編寫的服務器應用程序和一個移動客戶端作為J2ME MIDlet。
一旦服務器被安裝，用戶可以通過不同的提交方式發送他們的新聞項目。除了通過Web界面或通過電子郵件的經典提交方式，Mobile Reporter系統支持通過MMS或通過在MIDlet中實現的HTTP發布發布項目。以這種方式，用戶可以用他們的移動電話從幾乎任何地方發布他們的新聞。
整個系統被實現為盡可能可修改，因此可以容�?�地添加新的語言或模板，或者服務器的管理員可以隨意配置所有設置。
